About the roleThis role will focus on originating new opportunities within the wealth management channel across South East Asia. The candidate will be experienced and focussed on developing new business relationships with clients including, banks, wealth managers, securities houses as well as supporting the launch of offerings with global key accounts across South East Asia.Responsibilities are but not limited to: Growing Brookfield's wealth management business in South East Asia Develop new business partners/distributors, and turn these into productive relationships generating assets under management to meet targets Designing and executing sales plan to facilitate growth of new assets under management Managing all aspects of the sales life cycle Drive profitable growth by developing and managing long-term relationships with key partners Able to achieve targets for assets under management (AuM) and revenue generationAbout you At least 10 years' experience in capital raising roles for private wealth/intermediary sales channel in South East Asia Strong track record of wealth management fund raising and business development Quantifiable track record of raising capital within wealth management channel Experience in alternatives including private real estate, infrastructure, private equity, semi liquids and liquid real assets A strong network of relationships within the private wealth channel across South East Asia with Banks, Independent Wealth Managers, securities houses Appropriate degree in accounting/ finance. Fluent in Mandarin and English Outstanding relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills in dealings with clients and internal stakeholders Able to adapt to fast changing environment, organized and detailed-oriented. Strong written and verbal communication skills including preparation and delivery of presentations. Self-motivated and proactive with respect to managing workload and new business origination Experienced working in an international organisation and willingness to be flexible with hours as part of a global organisation Advanced Excel, PowerPoint
