JOB OBJECTIVE
Ensure due compliance with Company's policies and procedures relating to Cage Operations and Credit Management of casino operations. Cage & Credit Management system reviews to ensure functionality in line with operational requirements. Assisting with regulatory compliance, including and not limited to, Anti Money Laundering, Foreign Exchange reporting as required for Cage Operations and Credit Management.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee fleet Cage operations and forward planning for vessel new deployments or itineraries. Manpower planning for the fleet Cage operations, ensuring each vessel's Cage operations are continuously right sized for the operations. Review control reports and highlight irregularities and propose solutions to immediate supervisors. Report and highlight to immediate supervisor on any non-compliance of procedures and / or irregularities in operations to the Casino operations team heads or relevant department heads. Assist to review existing policies and procedures for improvement, including operating manuals as well as proposing new policies and procedures deemed fit, for implementation. Assist to review existing processes and related systems for standardization and improvement that promotes higher degree of internal control and operational effectiveness and efficiency. Responsible for monitoring the Cash and Financial Instruments for Casino to ensure efficient utilization and all instruments are maintained within the Management approved level through constant review and evaluation. Work closely with operational departments (Casino / Membership/ Casino Marketing / IT) on project related matters and daily operational issues which may arise from time to time. Establish and recommend necessary operational procedures and policies for efficient operations, productivity and to ensure the integrity of the Casino Cage is maintained. Establish and recommend necessary internal controls to safeguard company's assets and ensure integrity and completeness of all financial transactions for the Cage Operations and Credit Management. Providing timely and accurate information and reports pertaining to Cage Operations & Credit Management on periodic basis and / or from time to time as required. Any other duties, which may reasonably be requested by superior.
JOB REQUIREMENT
A team player with dedicated, active participation and good communication. Strong analytical and time management skills and possess good sense of responsibility and urgency. Sound knowledge of financial fundamentals and good exposures to accounting and other systems used by the Company. Mind set for continuous improvement of oneself not only in technical knowledge that relates to one's job areas but also to keep abreast on the industry, IT advancement, best practices within and outside the industry that is applicable for personal as well as for the benefits of the Company. Related Professional qualification with a minimum of 5 years related experience or experience in a similar capacity would be an advantage Prior Cage Operations / Casino Cage experience essential.
