Reporting to the CEO, this role will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and guidance to REC\xe2\x80\x99s human resources department. This role will involve overseeing the full spectrum of the HR function, including talent acquisition and management, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, HRIS, payroll, HR policies and procedures, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The coverage includes Singapore as well offices as in other regions.
