What the role is:You will be responsible for producing content involving the President for a variety of digital platforms as part of integrated communications campaigns, to support communications efforts.What you will be working on:[Specific Job Responsibilities] The key areas of responsibility include, but not limited to: \xe2\x80\xa2 You will record and edit videos for local and overseas engagements and events involving the President. This could include recorded messages for local or overseas audience, social media reels and stories, interviews and speeches, and human interest profiles, among others. \xe2\x80\xa2 You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of video production, such as concept development and scripting to filming, editing, lighting, music selection, voiceovers, sound mixing and audio balancing. \xe2\x80\xa2 You will be responsible for managing and maintaining video equipment for the team. Owning your own equipment is an advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 You should be comfortable and ready to be deployed overseas for shoots if required. \xe2\x80\xa2 You may be called on to take photographs, or curate photographs from various sources for use in President\'s social media. \xe2\x80\xa2 You will be called on to recommend suitable approaches for the President\'s social media platforms, and/or assigned other duties in relation to the work of the President\'s Office where needed.What we are looking for:[Key Competencies] \xe2\x80\xa2 [Videography Skills]: Dexterity in camera operation. Ensure proper framing and shot composition. Proficient in lighting techniques and audio recording principles. Provide direction to the principal to convey the right mood and depth to enhance the visual appeal and convey the intended messages. Continuously explore new techniques and technologies to enhance video quality and production efficiency. \xe2\x80\xa2 [Communications Strategy]: Defining audience profiles and determining framing to deliver messages to best cater to difference audience segments: Recommend suitable media platforms to reach the different target segments. Developing overall communications strategy into strategic initiatives so as to convey key messages and information relating to the narrative. \xe2\x80\xa2 [Message Framing & Delivery]: Craft clear and simple messages to achieve narrative objectives. Explore different ways to deliver messages through appropriate media channels and visuals (eg. via digital platforms). \xe2\x80\xa2 [Content Creation & Curation]: Create content for a variety of digital platforms as part of integrated communications campaigns to support communications efforts. Recommend creative styles, approaches and content formats to communicate narratives. Use a variety of software to develop creative, aesthetically sound visuals (e.g. graphics, videos, illustrations). [Work Experience & Knowledge] An ideal candidate should possess the following: \xe2\x80\xa2 Singapore Citizenship. \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimally 3 years\' experience in video production including conceptualisation, filming and editing; Strong video portfolio is a must. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop and After Effects) and MS Office applications. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communication and writing skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Well-versed in social media platforms and online culture. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in photography, graphic design, communications and website management would be an advantage.
