:
1. Responsible for community operation(FB, YTB, TT, etc.) of all games in Vietnam and develop marketing communication strategy.
2. Provide long-term and continuous content and events to meet user needs, responsible for community content dissemination, fan growth, and community activity.
3. Motivate players at all levels to produce User-generated content, establish the team of content creators and an operation system to continuously improve content production and quality.
4. Regularly collect feedback from community users, communicate with users, maintain word-of-mouth effect, and actively communicate with project team on public opinion.
5. According to the promotion rhythm of different games, develop online and offline community programs that meet the promotion needs, and be able to effectively track the implementation and review.
6. Develop media communication strategies according to the characteristics of different products, including PR, KOL and advertising cooperation.
7. Promote the implementation of the plan, analyze the promotion results, and produce promotion review reports.
8. Conduct regular research on social media resources, expand new media resources, and manage and evaluate media suppliers.
Job requirements:
1. More than 3 years of experience in game community marketing and operation, understanding local touch media as well as supplier resources, celebrity and star resources.
2. Excellent English, Vietnamese and Mandarin Chinese expression skills.
3. Game enthusiast, with in-depth understanding of multiple games, and can quickly get started with new games.
4. Good aesthetic sense, excellent content creative planning ability, with successful cases preferred.
5. Good at discovering hotspots, tracking internet trends, with a sense of innovation.
6. Have strong communication, coordination and promotion ability.
