This is in the lead up to Tech Week Singapore 2024 (TWS24) happening 9-10 October 2024 at the Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre.The VIP Luncheon Liaison will be responsible for assisting the team with managing operational and administrative functions to ensure the VIP Luncheons are delivered efficiently. Duration of commitment:

• 2 months: 6 Aug 2024 to 11 Oct 2024

• Support TWS24 Team on the full scope of planning, production and execution of VIP Luncheons to be held on 9-10 Oct 2024. This primarily involves contacting and following up with nominated guests.
• Support event setup, execution and tear down
• Responsible for supporting the guest nomination list and guest registrations to the luncheon
• Management of curating text messaging and content to each registered guest
• Manage pre and post communication with VIP Lunch Sponsors
• Manage compilation of Speaker profile and speaker topics per sponsor
• Co-ordinate with marketing to manage collaterals to be uploaded on website and social platform
• Management of onsite materials
• Coordinate all AV needs for the event
• Responsible for ensuring menu selections for meals and breaks are delivered as contracted
• Responsible for guaranteeing customer satisfaction by ensuring top-notch customer services
• Secure a backup list for delegate drop outs for the event

• Must have strong project management, organizational and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to multi- task and meet deadlines
• Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels, and work well cross-functionally
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
