This individual will be responsible for operating and troubleshooting vision systems on the production floor.

• Operate, troubleshoot, and customize Vision Systems (2D and 3D).
• Interface with PLCs and robotic arms for inspections and corrections.
• Create and modify vision system programs with new functions and parameter adjustments.
• Support engineers in automation assembly and process changes.
• Assist in New Production Introduction and Cyber-Physical System pre-verification.

Requirement

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering or relevant disciplines, or 2 years of relevant experience with Diploma in Engineering.
• Experience in PLCs or PC-based controllers, Vision Systems programming (2D/ 3D). Ability in using AutoCAD, CATIA and software programming.
• Experience in electrical maintenance in automated manufacturing industry.
• Understanding of Manufacturing Process Optimization.
