Vision Associate Engineer (Smart Factory | West)

Our client is a multinational brand, looking for a team player passionate in automation. If you possesses strong technical skillsets and passionate in vision system, adaptable in fast-paced industrial setup, a problem solver with excellent communication skills, check the criteria below.

Responsibilities:

• Operate 2D, 3D vision systems
• Troubleshoot and monitor errors from vision systems
• Create new or modify existing programs for vision systems, for new functions and applications
• Perform interface with automation systems i.e. PLC, robotics
• Support engineers in automation process and manufacturing
• Support New Production Introduction for future production plans
• Manage records of hardware, software, and system parameters

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering or related field, and/or with equivalent industry experience
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in vision systems and related programming
• Familiar and good understanding on integration with industrial or collobrative robotics arms (e.g. KUKA, UR)
• Proficient in vision systems i.e. detection optimization, camera calibration
• Experience in manufacturing processes and understanding in manufacturing process optimization
