Forbidden Hill is a Singapore-based jewellery brand which blends an East-meets-West chic with versatility. Inspiration from the region is given a contemporary take in our designs, making unique statements of style. Our jewellery collections are pieces of quality craftsmanship bringing endless pleasure, with customisable jewellery that can be changed in an instant to suit your mood.
Based in a shophouse on Bukit Pasoh Road, we are an entrepreneurial team with an open culture and international outlook. All of our jewellery is designed by our team and made in South East Asia. Our collections are then sold through select retailers, leading hotel brands and online channels, including our own website. Our brand has been featured in magazines such as HerWorld and Tatler, as well as the Straits Times and Business Times.

We are looking for a fashion-savvy and motivated visual design intern to join us. You will be an integral part of the Forbidden Hill team, working across many aspects of the brand's expression. The role will include content creation, graphic design and image/video editing, with the output being used on various platforms, including our website, print and online marketing channels, social media and retail stores.
The role requires in-person work at our studio on Bukit Pasoh Rd but can be a full-time or part-time position. You will be creating different forms of engaging content for our marketing campaigns. As a jewellery brand, visuals play an important role in how we connect with our audience. So our ideal candidate will have a good eye for design and the ability to create high-quality, impactful visual content through photography, videography and photo editing.
This is the ideal role for a current student or new graduate wanting to gain hands-on experience in the fashion and retail sectors. With our international and entrepreneurial culture, there will be many opportunities for you to bring your ideas to life and make a real contribution to our brand's growth.
Responsibilities

• Creating content for social media reels and posts - through both using our professionally shot images and creating new images/videos
• Designing brand collaterals, such as fashion look books
• Photo-editing images for use on our website and in marketing collateral
• Developing material for online ads and email marketing
• Creating impactful visual displays for retail presence and pop-ups
• Assisting on various brand experience projects

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.), video editing software (Premiere, CapCut, etc), EDM platforms (Klaviyo), and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel etc.)
• Strong design skills with knowledge of branding and typography
• Detail-oriented
• Proactive, with a can-do attitude and ready to take responsibility to ensure that the job is done well
• Good organisational skills
• Comfortable working with a team or individually
