Job Description

:

• Design user-friendly interfaces and visually appealing elements for MAS\'s digital platforms.
• Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and product managers to ensure cohesive and user-centric designs.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate design concepts and user flows.
• Ensure all visual designs adhere to MAS\'s brand guidelines and reflect the organization\'s identity.
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to improve design quality and user experience.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to keep MAS\'s digital presence modern and effective.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Visual Design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma.
• A strong portfolio showcasing innovative design work, particularly in digital interfaces.
• Knowledge of user experience principles and best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first design principles.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for creating interactive designs.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and practices for digital content.
