ROLE AND DEPARTMENT

We are actively looking for a Senior Visual Merchandiser to be based in Singapore. Your primary role will be to ensure visual merchandising efficiency within Travel Retail Asia Pacific focusing on Promotional and Permanent Merchandising.

Brands: Full portfolio across categories.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define, design and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy
• Ensure visual merchandising implementation and standards across the Region
• In charge of planograming for all portfolio (Fragrances, Makeup and Skincare) Update displays to promote new product launches and reflect key periods
• Source for props, visual and any tools needed for permanent counter and temporary promotions opening in line with brand guidelines. Creating specific promotional displays when applicable.
• Forecast, ordering and maintenance of Display highlight.
• Adapt & develop launch visual merchandising guidelines in line with the brands\' image
• Support Merchandising Project Manager when necessary, on permanent and temporary projects
• Monitor costs and work within budget
• Liaise with suppliers and source elements

We\'d love to see candidates who have:

• You will need to have strong project management skills with 5-8 years\' experience minimum and be able to simultaneously manage multiple projects across categories - fragrance, skincare and makeup.
• Experience in perfume & cosmetics industry is appreciated but not mandatory.
• Ideally, you will have a design background in merchandising or interior design with knowledge of design software (Microsoft Office & Adobe Creative Clouds/AutoCAD).
• You are proactive, think out of the box, have good leadership skills, embrace a can-do attitude, and believe in team spirit, you will thrive and progress well in our dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong communication skills.
