Position Summary

Responsible for all VM requirements to support launch activations to drive commercial efforts

Role and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the smooth planning and execution of all visual merchandising activations, upholding the HQ/RHQ brand standards for Samsung
• Provide input on new agencies resource & new idea / trend to innovate our POSM plans to commercialise all efforts
• Work closely with Key Account Manager / Biz partner / Agencies for the planning and management of all launch executions
• Plan and coordinate with 3rd party agency to ensure timely and strong deployments, driving retail excellence and design thinking to enhance our competitiveness across the channels
• Support in-mall advertising executions to drive brand engagement and increase launch awareness
• Excellent time management to ensure well executed deployments, accordingly to the timeline given
• Monitor on site event set up & execution
• In charge of VM related billing & invoicing
• All other duties as assigned

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business/Design
• 1-3 years working experience in retail industry
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure
• Excellent communication & vendor management to ensure planning are on track with optimized resources / value
• To manage different vendors at the same time to keep planning on track
• Meticulous to ensure materials & activities mechanism are correct and feasible.
• Professionalism regarding time and timeline
• Adaptable to a fast pace environment
• Competent in VM planning software
