They are looking for a Senior AVP / VP level candidate to join their finance team, in a Business Finance role under the Consumer/Retail business, specifically helping to support drive strategic business decisions on Credit Cards and Lending.

Some of the key responsibilities will include

• Provide Retail Product business with recommendations to drive the business, based on outcome of strong financial analysis, focusing specifically on Credit Cards and Lending business.
• Support Credit Cards / Lending Business Heads to drive and manage business performance
• Work closely with the Business in setting and managing expectations, to ensure adherence to, and drive, the Cards/Lending agenda
• Understand the drivers of various lines of Retail business and analyse these drivers, so as to demonstrate how they can influence the delivery of planned targets
• Provide value-added Business commentaries to the numbers
• Establish and deliver performance MI to the Cards and Lending business
• Work closely with a range of stakeholders, including country finance teams, product CFO teams etc, to support in Budgeting / Flash.
• Look to drive process efficiencies within the Budgeting and Forecasting process
• Ensure robust controls framework, and compliance with Group / IFRS accounting principles and practices, Financial Control policy, and other regulatory accounting guidelines.

• 8+ years of finance experience in FP&A
• Qualified Accountant (CA, CPA etc)
• Relevant Financial Planning & Analysis experience in supporting business financial analysis, with experience in Retail Products
