Responsibilities

• Prepare relevant business review decks, including storyboarding on key messages and locating necessary statistics to support the translation of broad Management vision, problem statement or situation into tangible insights and action plans
• Work with various Investment product teams to ensure proper KPI and budgets are set based on key drivers, track and highlight any performance issue during the year
• Partner Finance to ensure proper allocation/classification of revenue and costs at product/segment level
• Identify trends in financial performance, key drivers that support growth momentum and provide recommendations for improvement
• Work closely with Investment Business Intelligence team on harnessing Tableau data to support business decisions

Requirements

• At least 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in banking and financial industry
• Degree in Accounting/Business/Finance
• Strong business and data analytics skills, with good experience on storyboarding for management presentation
• Strong understanding of private banking, wealth management, investment products, project management and budgeting
• Ability to work with various stakeholders, which varies from members of senior management, product managers, technology, operations, and finance personnel
• Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal and influencing skills
• Self-starter with ability to multi-task and comfortable in dealing with multiple spreadsheets and numbers
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Tableau dashboards
