: The Head of Organisation Development is a senior member of Group Human Resources who will engage with senior stakeholders across the OCBC Group and with strategic external partners to develop and implement strategic organisational : The Head of Organisation Development is a senior member of Group Human Resources who will engage with senior stakeholders across the OCBC Group and with strategic external partners to develop and implement strategic organisational design initiatives impacting practices in the areas of work, workforce and workplace. You would have broad experience across HR domains, and in leading organisation-wide change initiatives. You will display business acumen, and have a good grasp of the changing human capital, business, macro-economic and geopolitical landscape in order to be a trusted partner and a credible advisor to our internal clients. Qualifications 1. Workforce Transformation a. Develop future-oriented workforce optimisation strategies comprising system, people, policy and process considerations that are informed by pertinent trends and which deliver on organisational strategy through the use of workforce planning tools such as capability and capacity assessment, role evaluation, competency frameworks, career lattices. b. Develop a skill-based organisation leveraging relevant skill frameworks. c. Develop and implement a career marketplace that supports employee career progression, organisational mobility and elevates HR's value to the firm. d. Develop and implement organisational change management strategies. 2. Advisory, Insights and Analytics a. Provide advisory on organisational design and strategies that best support business objectives. b. Provide insightful perspectives and global trend analyses that pre-empt and capitalise on opportunities, and serve to navigate risks and systemic complexities. 3. Technology optimisation a. Collaborate with technology partners in developing solutions that scale strategic workforce transformation across the Group. .LI-KG
