Business Function Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank\'s operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. This is a unique opportunity to drive the engineering and delivery of our mobile frameworks program. Driving forward our engineering teams on modern technology stacks, focusing on engineering quality and delivery. Responsibilities We are looking for a Mobile Frameworks Lead to head up a team of talented developers who will be designing, building, and maintaining the next generation of native iOS/Android libraries and frameworks. Your duties will include collaborating with the design team and ensuring that our UI/UX components conform to platform design guidelines, identifying and fixing development bottlenecks, maintaining the core code libraries (networking, error handling, templating, etc.), working with the DevOps team to maintain our shared CI/CD pipelines and supporting applications published on the App Store. Requirements

• You love solving problems and building solutions
• You believe in Agile development and putting the customer first in anything you design; experience with SCRUM is a plus
• You\xe2\x80\x99re self-motivated and have a demonstrated track record of self-learning and going above and beyond
• You have strong working knowledge of iOS/Android libraries and frameworks
• You have experience with industry standard design patterns such as MVVM, Dependency Injection
• You\xe2\x80\x99re well-versed with iOS/Android design principles and application interface guidelines
• You have used dependency management tools for iOS/Android such as Cocoapods, Carthage, SPM, Maven, Gradle, etc
• You\xe2\x80\x99re familiar with CI/CD pipelines including Jenkins and Groovy
• You\xe2\x80\x99re a hands-on leader that regularly codes
• You\xe2\x80\x99re comfortable leading by example, a strong advocate of good coding standards and like the use of coding tools that will push you to improve the code you deliver, e.g. Sonar
• You understand the importance of thoughtful feedback, nurturing an inclusive engineering environment, championing engineering fundamentals and providing clarity and mentorship for team members to grow.
• You want to hit the ground running on Day 1; you take ownership of your work and can work independently
• You love Git and are at home with source control concepts such as merge, rebase and pull
