Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation.

In Group T&O, we managethe majority ofthe Bank\'s operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Enterprise Architecture Site Reliability Engineering (EASRE) at DBS combines architecture and systems engineering to design, govern, build run, and maintain high performant, distributed, fault tolerant and resilient financial systems.

The Enterprise Architect (EA) Office is responsible for enabling and driving the strategic architecture governance and enablement that meet current and future enterprise business and technology strategy.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of programme management to realize key Enterprise Architecture transformation initiatives, which include defining the scope, deliverables, key milestones, tracking of progress and status to completion.
• Manage the communications and due diligence of overall updates and team plans, engage internal and external stakeholders, and facilitate the implementation of various initiatives and projects.

• Engage with senior leaderships, build consensus and deals with conflicting priorities by understanding the trade-offs.
• Work closely with the Enterprise Architecture team in the delivery of key strategic change management communications within the Bank.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in related fields including at least 3 years as Technology Programme Manager. Experience in banking industry would be a distinctive advantage
• Self-starter and extremely hands on in the management of projects
• Bridge the gap between stakeholders in DBS Lines of Businesses, from C-level to Application Team level. Communicate technical concepts in clear and established terms using appropriate channels, off-line and on-line collaboration methodologies
• Strong communication skills & ability to engage management on sharing of strategic plans, execution update, leading project initiatives and providing status updates
• Demonstrated ability to understand business strategy & its successful translation into technology governance planning, tracking and delivery
• Excellent problem analysis skills. Self-drive to discover, define, develop and deliver result that are data driven.
• Collaboration and teamwork are critical to for the success of this role
• Good knowledge of technical architecture and modern application design
• Good understanding of SDLC Governance practices, DevOps, SRE, and Agile methodology
• Familiar with one or more Architecture Frameworks (e.g. TOGAF, COBIT) would be added advantage
• Ability and willingness to be hands-on with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple concurrent initiatives
• Excellent presentation, analytical and articulation skills
• Proficiency in SharePoint, JIRA and Confluence
