Job Description



Purpose of the Role
Vice President will lead and support commercial growth of our business based out of APAC. You will be responsible for developing our regional sales strategy driven by Cirium’s priorities & core values. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will support Cirium’s strategic priorities, and ensure alignment of commercial teams with global cross-functional teams including Product, Customer Support and Marketing.
Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sustained revenue growth and market trust.
  • As a member of senior leadership team, support functional leaders with the right priorities to ensure we are focussed on the value. Share market trends and voice of our customers with peers in central leadership team.
  • Continue the transformation of sales team to a high-performing, value-based selling culture. Lead and mentor regional sales leaders, provide coaching and feedback to ensure teams achieve their defined goals
  • Own talent upgrade strategy to align with the Cirium’s overall strategy. Accurately assess strengths and development requirements of team members.
  • Engage industry opinion leaders by attending key events and targeted webinars. Guide marketing & product teams with market insights to align messaging.
  • Provide product feedback and enhancements to product leadership and highlight risks based on market and competitor intelligence.
  • Drive step change initiatives & identify business drivers. Plan Cirium’s regional expansion and local presence of sales teams to support new business growth.
  • Design and own the overall communications between our sales teams across offices based in APAC.
  • Support the vision and values of the company through role modelling and encouraging desired behaviours. Encourage culture of openness and feedback in teams

Skills & Behaviour:
  • Outstanding track-record as a commercial leader with tangible achievements in commercial growth of business. Ideally in data / platform solutions business.
  • Ability to design and articulate strategic business plan to support growth of business.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to hire, manage, coach and mentor sales leaders to deliver sales growth.
  • 10 years of relevant experience in leading diverse sales teams across APAC
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to influence throughout the organization
  • A consummate sales professional with the intellectual ability to engage with clients’ business and develop and improve upon the company’s sales processes.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose issues and develop solutions/use cases.
