• Drive initiatives for the Wealth Management Platform to deliver superior customer and employee journeys
• Develop data-driven insights and recommendations through journey thinking and analysis of customer, product, and market trends to identify opportunities
• Manage projects from ideation to delivery to achieve strategic objectives, ensuring alignment of initiatives with business priorities and delivering against project plans through effective project management
• Collaborate cross-functionally to conceptualize and operationalize strategic initiatives, translating strategies into actionable roadmaps and platform deliverables
• Conduct periodic reviews with leads for progress tracking, issues resolution and risk mitigation of ongoing projects and production applications or systems

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Finance or relevant field with at least 5 years of related experience in strategic planning or management consulting
• Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize data to derive meaningful insights
• Proven track record of managing projects from conception to completion, adhering to timelines and budgets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Experience working in banking or financial services industry preferred for domain expertise
