Business Function Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements, and create technical design documents that are in accordance with the company's architecture standards.
• Leading the overall design and architecture while ensuring quality throughout project life cycle.
• Conducting hands on software development work alongside with internal teams.
• Collaborating with stakeholders and internal teams to gather and analyse technical requirements and needs across the application.
• Review unit and system testing of application code as well as execution of implementation activities.
• Involves in performance enhancement analysis.
• Managing the project delivery and ensuring all timelines are met.

Requirements

• Expert level programming skills in Java.
• Strong understanding of Microservices architectures, prior hands-on experience in developing and deploying Microservices solutions.
• Experience using and developing RESTful APIs using JAX-RS, JSON, familiar JBoss Resteasy is a plus.
• Experience using and developing JPA/Hibernate, Bean validation.
• Required experience and expertise in Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment practise, tooling and techniques (Jira, Confluence, BitBucket, git; Jenkins).
• Required expertise in deploying/ managing microservices in Pivotal Cloud Foundry.
• Required expertise with EC2, EBS, EFS, S3 storage & Auto Scaling.
• Required expertise in networking, VPC, ELB, Route 53, Cloud Front.
• Experience in use of source code management system like SVN or GIT and build tools like ant, maven, Gradle or make.
