• Develop a comprehensive understanding of current market trends, anticipating future client needs.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of various trading products including but not limited to equities, fixed income, derivatives and crypto.
• Ensure the platform empowers clients to capitalize on new opportunities.
• Good understanding of Order Management System

2. Collaborative Leadership

• Foster strong partnerships with Product Managers, Technology, Operations and various wealth business segments and countries.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment to encourage creativity and efficiency.

3. Project Management

• Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Manage the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of features and improvements.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Manage platform governance including coordinating with Platform Business and Tech Leads, Business Product Owners, Project Managers, Technology partners and Finance to manage and track Platform\xe2\x80\x99s budget, headcount, conduct workshops and round tables where required.

4. Stake-Holder Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate product updates, milestones and changes effectively to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

5. Driven and Results-Oriented

• Demonstrate a proactive and results-driven approach to achieving product objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance platform performance and user experience.

6. Data-Driven Optimization

• Analyse platform usage data, client feedback, and market trends to continuously refine the platform for optimal client performance.

7. Client-Centric Vision

• Be an advocate for the client within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in finance, mathematics, engineering or other related fields.
• Minimum 8-10 years of working experience.
• Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of trading products and financial markets.
• Proven track record in project and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
