Overview: - * Monthly Basic Salary Up to $2800 with annual bonuses (AWS + Variable) * Freight Forwarding Services - CIAS Cargo Changi (East Area) * 5 Days (Monday to Friday), 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 Overview: - Monthly Basic Salary Up to $2800 with annual bonuses (AWS + Variable) Freight Forwarding Services - CIAS Cargo Changi (East Area) 5 Days (Monday to Friday), 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Your Responsibilities: - Handling incoming and outgoing calls (overseas office / agents / shipping line including customers' inquiries) Monitor, resolve and follow up closely with customers on any dispute cases You will need: - Minimum 1 year of working experience as a customer service in Supply Chain / Logistics industry Interested applicants may click ' Apply Now ' to submit your application.
