(w) Customer Service Executive: Freight Service

Job Description
Overview: -
- Monthly Basic Salary: $2500 - $3500
- Freight Forwarding Services Industry - Changi (East Area)
- 5 Days (Monday to Friday), 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Permanent / Full Time Role (Bonuses Included) - Training Provided
- Communicate with overseas office / agents / shipping line including customers’ inquiries, respond queries including bookings (air & sea carriers)
- Coordinating both shipments of air and sea
- Monitor, resolve and follow up closely with customers on any dispute cases
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (preferably in Supply Chain/Logistics)
- Applicant able to join within short notice will be preferred
- Comfortable travelling for work to CIAS Cargo, Changi (Monthly Allowance Provided)
