(w) Customer Service Executive: Freight Service

Job Description


Overview: -

  • Monthly Basic Salary: $2500 - $3500
  • Freight Forwarding Services Industry - Changi (East Area)
  • 5 Days (Monday to Friday), 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Permanent / Full Time Role (Bonuses Included) - Training Provided
Your Responsibilities: -
  • Communicate with overseas office / agents / shipping line including customers’ inquiries, respond queries including bookings (air & sea carriers)
  • Coordinating both shipments of air and sea
  • Monitor, resolve and follow up closely with customers on any dispute cases
You will need: -
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (preferably in Supply Chain/Logistics)
  • Applicant able to join within short notice will be preferred
  • Comfortable travelling for work to CIAS Cargo, Changi (Monthly Allowance Provided)
