As an IT Executive, you\'ll have the opportunity to be at the forefront of technology and be a key player in driving the company\'s success. About this Role: - In this role, you\'ll be responsible for administering and supporting a wide range of IT systems and infrastructure, such as DNS, DHCP, Terminal server (RDP), SQL Database, and Remote Access server. You\'ll work closely with internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop new solutions that streamline processes and drive efficiency. You\'ll also be responsible for creating functional, technical, and user documentation, as well as installing, setting up, configuring, migrating, upgrading, and testing software applications. But it\'s not just about maintaining systems, you\'ll also be responsible for monitoring the health of servers and networks to prevent downtimes and ensure a smooth running of the business. And when issues do arise, you\'ll be the go-to person to provide first and second level support in troubleshooting and resolving application issues. To excel in this role, you\'ll need 2+ years of relevant work experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience in functional specifications documentation, testing and user training, and the ability to propose and implement technical solutions to meet user needs. Overview: -

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Location: Macpherson, Singapore
• Monthly base salary: Up to $3000 to $3500 (based on working experience)
• AWS (13th month) + Variable bonuses

Your Responsibilities: -

• Administer and support various systems and infrastructure, such as DNS, DHCP, Terminal server (RDP), SQL Database, and Remote Access server
• Work with internal stakeholders to develop and improve existing work processes
• Create functional, technical, and user documentation
• Perform software installation, setup, configuration, migration, upgrading, and testing
• Monitor server and network health to prevent downtimes and improve backup strategies
• Provide first and second level support to troubleshoot and resolve application issues

Requirements: -

• Major in IT Engineering, Business Administration or related field
• 2+ years of relevant work experience including functional specifications documentation, testing, and user training
• Ability to propose and implement technical solutions to meet user needs
