Your responsibilities will include: . Greeting, welcoming and seating guests . Taking orders and requests for our guests . Ensuring all their needs are attended to and provided for at all times, where feasible . Explaining to our guests our menu items and restaurant story . Offering recommendations where appropriate . Memorising the menu . Taking orders and delivering order items accurately . Communicating requests and orders from the service floor to the kitchen, chef and other colleagues . Absolute attentiveness to our guests and guaranteeing their satisfaction for their entire stay . Ensuring the restaurant is neat and clean, prepped for meal service/ opening/ closing . 100% compliance to cleanliness standards of the restaurant . Presenting the bill and accepting payment . Maintaining good professional relations with guests . Executing good teamwork - Assisting your colleagues when possible . Striving for an energetic and memorable dining and working experience for guests and staff alike . Work diligently to achieve outstanding service quality . Reporting directly to the Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager (to be advised)
