Warehouse Assistant (12 Hour Night Shift)
Work 4 days and rest 3 days
Working hours : 8:30 pm to 8:30 am
Will first work morning shift to undergo training before transferring to night shift.
Responsibilities :
Handle inbound and outbound process.
Prepare daily can't view reports.
Perform daily inventory cycle count.
Communicate with driver for urgent delivery.
Arrange red rush if activated.
Arrange ADHOC collection if any urgent request by engineers or call management.
Arrange manual release if HPE approve.
Manage EXPO order if system under maintenance.
Check stock availability using Easitool website.
Other ad-hoc operation duties as assigned.

Minimum N-Level
Able to read and reply email in English
Must be able to work on weekend and public holidays
Willing to learn, hold responsibility and take stress
Physically fit, healthy and able to carry heavy parts
