Working hours: 5.5 Days + OT

Salary: Up to $2,500

Warehouse Assistant (1 year contract)

Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for the daily warehouse planning, physical activities and also the completion of the inbound & outbound shipment

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate and plan the warehouse activities together with team member and the service provider

\xc2\xb7 Ensure service provider checks the weighing scale on daily basis and do test weight before they proceed with the weighing

\xc2\xb7 Assist in creating space for inbound shipment or shifting cargo and counting of warehouse space availability

\xc2\xb7 Daily warehouse check and report to management for any abnormal or suspicious activities

\xc2\xb7 Compile operations reports and submit to Customer Service team within stipulated time frame

\xc2\xb7 Print, scan work order, reports to Person-In-Charge

\xc2\xb7 Liaise with internal operations team in regards to operation matters

\xc2\xb7 Maintain proper physical filing of WOI/labelling/file storage

\xc2\xb7 Updating inventory

\xc2\xb7 Manual checking on tally sheet

\xc2\xb7 Any other tasks as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 1 year of relevant working experience in warehouse/logistics/admin

\xc2\xb7 Able to handle company information with confidentiality and discretion

\xc2\xb7 Candidates with knowledge of freight forwarding and/or experience in shipping will be an added advantage

\xc2\xb7 Proficient with Microsoft Office
