Job Description
Reporting to the Logistics Executive, the Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for the processing of Sales Order in the ERP system into the WMS system of the company to generate Pick-list, calling of items from the WMS system according to Sales Order/Pick-list and general administration duty in the Operations Department.
Responsibilities:
- Processing of Sales Orders in the ERP system into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) (Interfacing).
- Prepare, generate and consolidate detail Pick-list and summary according to the daily Sales Order requirements for Warehouse & Logistics operations.
- Processing and generation of daily Delivery Orders / Invoices according to Sales Orders.
- Checking and Transferring of stocks in the WMS system.
- Ensure the proper upkeep of related documentation and filing.
- General administrative duties include but not limited to Scanning of Delivery Orders / Invoices, posting of Disposal forms, attending to self-collection customers.
- Other assignments may be required by Manager.
- Minimum GCE "N" Level and above, computer literate.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in related field, preferably F&B Operational related role.
- Working on rotating shifts is compulsory.
- Possess positive attitude and initiative.
- Ability to work well as a team.
- Possess good communication skills - both written and verbal.
