Warehouse And Operations Executive
Job Description
Responsibilities: 1. Receive goods and check its' quantity and quality.2. Ensure all stocks in the warehouse are put away in the right location and stock record movement is updated timely in the Warehouse Management System.3. Ensure all orders received from customers are processed on time, items correctly packed and dispatched for delivery.4. Communicate and cooperate with our partners to bring in new parcels and goods.5. Ensure shipping invoices in the internal system for both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable are constantly updated.Requirements: Hardworking and willing to learn. No experience are welcomed. Experience in logistics will be preferred. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
