Warehouse Cum Production Supervisor

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in packaging products and materials for storage or shipment. Studies production order to ascertain type and quantity of product, carton boxes to be used, and other packaging requirements. To ensure that the objectives set by management are achieved and manufacturing activities have the correct organization and ensure employees to achieve maximum performance in the short and continuing long term. Responsible for quality and execution of production shipment schedule with optimum yield. Maintenance and up keeping of the warehouse environment is within the compliance with our Standard Operational Procedure. Continually add value and improve warehousing and logistical functions.
Requirements:
Diploma in Material management / Logistic management curriculum or any other field. At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in production field is required for this position. Experienced in packaging equipment operation, quantitative checking and marking operations. Knowledge of ERP inventory management system. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint. Good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong leadership quality Able to multi-task and work under pressure *
