The Opportunity:

• Work location: Jurong East
• Working hours: Mon to Fri, 8am to 4.30pm & Alt Sat, 8am to 12pm
• Up to $3,800, AWS, Performance Bonus & Medical Benefits

Adecco is partnering with a global Logistics MNC with a worldwide presence spanning over 50 countries to recruit a Warehouse Executive. This individual will be overseeing their key account within the Fast Fashion industry, specifically handling their eCommerce online orders portfolio and will be in-charge of daily operations planning & manpower allocation.The Job:

• Manage and oversee the timely fulfillment of incoming and outgoing goods based on customer\'s orders, sales campaigns and activities to ensure a smooth operating distribution to local stores.
• Supervising team performance and workload allocation to ensure the operations team delivers services effectively and efficiently.
• Keeping track of daily operations and implementing proactive measures to elevate KPI targets.
• Maintaining close communication with customers, transporters, and suppliers to uphold high service levels, productivity, and optimal customer satisfaction.
• Ensuring prompt execution of operational plans and forecasts and making decisions based on analytical data.
• Leading, developing, and supporting the growth and performance of team members through continuous improvement initiatives and setting quality targets.

The Talent:

• Relevant experience in warehousing and logistics operations is required.
• Leadership experience in supervising or managing a team is preferred.
• Experience in manpower allocation, work delegation and assigning of tasks will be advantageous.
