Economic success and corporate responsibility are inextricably linked as part of this process.Symrise \xe2\x80\x93 always inspiring more\xe2\x80\xa6Warehouse Executive (Scent & Care), SingaporeAs a Warehouse Executive, you will be responsible to demonstrate strategic and operational leadership to drive and deliver success to meet customers demands and work in fast-paced work environment. You will work closely with cross functional teams to ensure timely product receipt, order fulfilment and resources and processes optimization while operational budget. Furthermore, you will be involved in continuous process improvement and develop and implement processes in accordance to standard compliances. You will report directly to Planning & Warehouse Manager, SEAO & Export Markets.The Position:

• Lead and manage overall Warehouse Team performance.
• Take charge in monthly warehouse and external 3rd party logistics performance review and involve in operational efficiency initiatives
• Review and refine operational instructions, procedures and system testing.
• Ensure team\xe2\x80\x99s performance goals achieved through productivity, safety, compliances, quality and customer service key performance indicators (KPI)
• Be the Subject Matter Expert in executing SAP testing
• Lead organization cycle count and stock take.
• Drive operational activities and ensure department\xe2\x80\x99s responsibilities are timely delivered.
• Manage resources and costs effectively
• Establish good working relationship with key stakeholders and cross functional team.

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Science or Supply Chain equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Knowledge in chemical handling and/or certified in Management of Hazardous Substance and/or MUIS Halal will be an added advantage.
• Self-starter, independent and a strong team player.
• Analytical, drives excellence and good multi-tasking skills.
• Experience in root cause analysis and demonstrate good problem-solving and decision-making skills to drive and deliver success.
• Proven track records in warehousing/logistics/supply chain management/operations
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives in innovation, cost and inventory management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Attained valid SG Forklift License
