Adecco is partnering with a global logistics services company to look for a Warehouse Executive to support their operations.

Job Details:

• Location: Alps Avenue (Transport provided at Tampines & Tanah Merah)
• Working hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6.30pm
• Salary: Up to $4500 + VB

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily export general operations to meet customer demands effectively.
• Collaborate with customer service team and provide guidance to third-party vendors regarding special handling requirements for exports to meet customer expectations.
• Thoroughly review individual workfiles to guarantee no discrepancies exist.
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings in the warehouse and oversee housekeeping tasks.
• Perform 100% physical cargo casemark checks against the workfile.
• Achieve and identify improvements for warehouse operations in accordance to set quality management goals.
• Work as a cohesive team to ensure the completion of daily tasks.
• Enforce safety, security, and quality rules and regulations among all warehouse staff to ensure full compliance with company requirements.
• Coordinate with internal customer service team and designated service providers for day-to-day export warehouse operations

Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management related field preferred
• Minimum 2 years\' experience in the supply chain industry
