General Description:

You will support the IT Manager and Warehouse Operations Manager on the setup, product configuration, on-site implementation and day-to-day support of Warehouse and Logistics Management Systems to facilitate efficient and effective operations. You will effectively gather operations requirements and work closely with IT on the design of end-to-end process improvement, digital solutioning, new accounts onboarding and integration. You are also required to interface with clients, suppliers and vendors to support the execution of these activities.

Responsibilities Warehouse Logistics System Implementation

• Ensure the effective day-to-day functioning of Warehouse & Logistics Management Systems, IT gadgets and automations to support operations and fulfil business needs
• Support in the physical setup, on-site implementation and on-site support when required, to support existing or new accounts implementation
• Oversee product setup, configuration, implementation, system validation, user training and rollout of Warehouse Logistics system for smooth and efficient operations and effective exception management
• Document and analyse operation process, operation exceptions and clients’ requirements to identify process & productivity improvements and to support new accounts onboarding
• Support IT Manager in the solution design, system requirements, technical specifications and logical data mappings for system integration
• Perform such other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information System or Logistics/Supply Chain related
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Warehouse, Logistics or Supply Chain related
• Technical experience with supply chain products like warehouse management systems, transportation management systems, order management systems and/or Enterprise Application Integration tools preferred
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• Fast learner and self-motivated to keep up-to-date with new technologies and business solutioning
• Adaptability and Resilience at work. Able to work under pressure and within timeline in a dynamic environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
