Industry: Freight Forwarding / Logistics

MNC Environment

Permanent role (AWS Guaranteed + VB + Quarterly Bonus)

Responsibilities:

• Manage key accounts through maintaining close contact with stakeholders
• Determine customer requirements to develop logistics IT solutions
• Collaborate with customers to ensure effective implementation of customers logistics IT projects
• Review logistics IT enabled processes and systems for areas of improvement
• Implement standardised customer-centric logistics IT solutions
• Facilitate Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) procedures with customers host system, including Warehouse Management System (WMS) connection with Warehouse Control Systems (WCS).
• Facilitate different aspects of project management based on priorities and needs
• Develop integrated project plans that include scope and resources required
• Manage stakeholders to monitor completion of requirements and activities
• Apply operational policies, standards and procedures
• Evaluate risk factors that impact efficiency
• Provide onsite support for Go-live

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Computer Science
• Minimum 3 years of implementation / support experience with Warehouse Management
• Experience in Manhattan WMOS, database and SQL statement would be a plus

• Quick learner and fast thinker with strong ability to respond and solve problem in an efficient manner
• Able to work independently as well as to participate effectively in a team environment
• Strong computer and digital skills e.g. Microsoft Office 365 products, apps and services
