Job Summary:

• Basic Salary: $5,800 to $8,800
• Annual Wage Supplement
• Performance Bonus (up to 2 Months)
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm
• Location: Alps Ave (With company transport at Ang Mo Kio / Yishun / Sengkang / Punggol / Tanah Merah / Bedok) OR Penjuru Lane (With company transport at Jurong East)

Responsibilities:

• Accomplishes warehouse operations by recruiting, selecting, training, and coaching employees.
• Supervise all of a warehouse\'s daily activities while working to maximize efficiency and minimize staff overtime
• Ensure effective, safe operations by implementing procedures and policies
• Analyse logistics data to increase productivity and aid in loss prevention
• Implement and oversee security operations
• Oversees distribution, warehousing, and shipping.
• Meets warehouse operations by forecasting requirements, preparing budgets, and scheduling expenditures.
• Develops warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage.
• Manages warehouse operations by stock control, inventory management, and motivating employees.
• Develops warehouse design by planning layout, product flow, and product handling systems.
• Develops warehouse operations systems by analysing process workflow and implementing changes.
• Achieves warehouse operations by contributing recommendations and following policies.

Requirements:

• Possess at least 4 years of relevant working experience in a managerial position
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and operations dashboards
