The Opportunity:Adecco is exclusively partnering with the leading 3PL market leader and is currently seeking talented individuals to join as a Warehouse/Operations Manager. This role involves overseeing the entire warehouse operation for a client who is specialising in equipment manufacturing.

• Multinational corporation
• Working Location: Changi
• Work hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 pm - 6pm
• Salary up to $8,000 + AWS + VB + Transportation

The Job:

• Offer guidance to oversee daily warehouse operations
• Oversee the profit and loss performance for the assigned programs within scope
• Ensure process compliance and that operations meet customer expectations and achieve KPIs
• Establish operational requirements and implement new strategies, technologies, and initiatives to enhance overall performance
• Oversee departmental budget control and resource allocation to ensure optimal utilization
• Continuously seek opportunities for improvement across the value chain, optimizing and reengineering processes to meet or exceed service standards and targets

The Talent:

• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in the contract logistics industry
• Engages with key customer leaders and internal departments to plan workflow, respond to changes, implement improvement programs, and resolve issues
