The Opportunity:Adecco is exclusively partnering with the leading 3PL market leader and is currently seeking talented individuals to join as a Warehouse/Operations Manager. This role involves overseeing the entire warehouse operation for a newly established project serving semiconductor customers.

• Permanent Role
• Multinational corporation
• Working Location: Changi
• Work hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 pm - 6pm
• Salary up to $7,500 + AWS + VB

The Job:

• Skillful in resource allocation to ensure daily order fulfillment and receiving KPIs are achieved, utilizing meticulous planning and minimizing overtime
• Supervise a team of 60 warehouse employees, offering effective guidance and leadership to fulfill both company and customer objectives
• Initiate proactive measures to lead and direct efforts in enhancing processes and reducing costs in collaboration with the team
• Prepare for weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance review meetings with customers

The Talent:

• Minimum of 8 years of industry experience in the Semiconductor industry
• Engages with the customer\'s key leaders and internal departments to plan workflow, respond to changes, implement improvement programs, and resolve issues.
