Job Description
The Opportunity:
- Work location: Central
- Work hours: 5 days a week
- Up to SGD4,0000 - SGD5,000, incentives + AWS + PB
- Career progression
- Inspect watches to identify issues and monitor service progress through daily reports.
- Perform basic interventions such as bracelet adjustments, waterproofness checks, battery changes, and time settings.
- Use technical and IT tools related to aftersales operations and manage repair inventory.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and build strong client relationships.
- To assist in sales transactions, provide product advice, and maintain the boutique\'s presentation.
- Participate in customer relationship data collection and assist with aftersales support.
- May engage in boutique events, both internal and external.
- Strong technical skills and relevant experience in the field.
- Expertise in both contemporary luxury and vintage watches, with a deep understanding of the watchmaking industry.
