Job Description

Responsibilities:

Training & Development

• Conducts Training Needs Analysis to develop new training program or modify and improve existing program in consultation with the target group or individuals.
• Develop basic to intermediate training design, modules, programs and materials necessary to meet training needs.
• Arrange and check for the maintenance of all necessary training venue, equipment and materials pertinent to the effective delivery and measurement of training.
• Conduct theory & practical from basic to intermediate training programs on in-house treatments, product knowledge, customer service and sales techniques.
• Assess each trainee knowledge & skill level and provides coaching to perform at par of standard level.
• Conduct training evaluation (Reaction to result level) and reviews post training results / feedback periodically to track training progress & effectiveness.
• Accomplish and report training results and identify opportunities for improvement based on evaluation feedback.
• Ad-hoc project as required.

Training Quality Control & Audit

• Conducts operation field quality check audit to ensure the proper execution of knowledge & skills and compliance of the therapist service level in accordance to standard.
• Works closely with the Outlet/s to monitor on therapist knowledge & treatment skill and decides the necessary additional training or- re-training program for staff.

Research & Development

• Perform Research & Development study and Product, tool or equipment testing and provide feedback and recommendation.

Customer Complaints Handling

• Conduct handling of customer complaints related to areas in training such as knowledge, skills and attitude to aid Customer Care Department in resolving a particular complaint.

Requirements:

• Min. 2-3 years of experience in similar role or as a retail therapist
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Willing to travel for local and overseas training
  

Remuneration Package: Salary ranges: S$2800 to S$3500 (Depending on Experience) Working Location: 60 Jalan Penjara, Singapore 149375 Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.30 am to 6.30 pm Annual Leave: 14 Days Bonus: PB Medical Benefits: Yes
