JCI Linkedin Career The Power Behind Your Mission OpenBlue OpenBlue: This is How a Space Comes Alive What you will do: To overlook site installation in terms of quality, technical compliance and project schedule Develop design and engineering solutions of mechanical and cleanroom related HVAC systems Support the system testing and balancing Liaise with client representative pertaining to design, Variation Order scopes and project related activities To manage, control and supervisor subcontractors/vendors performing the works on site to ensure it meet quality & schedule requirements and installed items are as per approved drawings and design intent. Assist to prepare project execution and QA/QC plans etc. as per project requirements Follow up with punch list and close all pending items with main contractor / client Provide support during tender stage and quotation preparation to clients Prepare, discuss and finalize Variation Orders with sub-con and clients Project schedule and cost control monitoring Preparation of Handover Documents What we look for: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Mechanical engineering Minimum 3 years working experience in M&E construction sector With project execution experience in cleanroom projects will be a plus Committed to complete given tasks on time, ability to work independently and taking ownerships and responsibilities on tasks that had been assigned to you Self-motivated and open minded with passion to challenge status quo and drive for continuous improvement Process good communication and interpersonal skills Diversity & Inclusion Our dedication to diversity and inclusion starts with our values.
