The Role:

To further strengthen our coverage and reach in this important market, we are looking for an Investment Professional to join the Multifamily Offices & Intermediaries (MFO) team, reporting to team leader.

Investment Professionals work closely with our Investment Specialists to provide support in all facets of daily business routine, whilst maintaining awareness of, and sensitivity to the confidential nature of Private Banking clients.

This role will be responsible for:

• Brokerage accounts trade execution: the candidate will be part of a team responsible for executing Clients' directed trades across asset classes.
• Trade life-cycle management: the candidate will own the full trading life-cycle, from pre-trade checks, trade execution to booking and post-trade checks, including risk disclosures, product marketing obligations and reporting execution details to Clients.
• Extensive Asset Classes execution knowledge: the candidate will develop an in deep knowledge of all asset classes and products offered by the Private Bank
• Extensive Clients and Markets coverage: the candidate will cover the MFO market , having the opportunity to work in a fast and dynamic multi-market and multi-cultural environment

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business or equivalent in any discipline
• Minimum 2 years of solid client service and account administration experience within the financial services industry
• Previous Brokerage/Trading experience is preferred
• Alongside fluent English, business fluent verbal and written Mandarin Chinese language skills are preferred as the job holder will frequently interact with mainland Chinese clients
• Knowledge of financial markets and products are a plus
• Ability to work under tight market deadlines and accuracy in executing Clients' directed orders are a must
• Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral
• Self-starter, extremely organized and detailed-oriented with strong commitment to accuracy
• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively
• Good judgment and problem-solving skills
• Absolute discretion when dealing with confidential matters
• Ability to work both independently and as a team player
• Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills
• General comfort level with Internet/Intranet usage and ability to learn proprietary software
• Appropriate local regulatory qualification
