Creates and maintains internal and external websites in collaboration with web developers.
Responsible for the day-to-day management of websites, ensuring contents are updated.
Identifies useful site performance metrics; collects, tracks, records, compiles, analyzes, and reports site usage data.
Analyzing data to determine what content should be added to the website to increase traffic or improve conversion rates
Coordinating with other members of the team\xe2\x80\x94such as graphic designers or information technology professionals\xe2\x80\x94to ensure that all aspects of the website project are completed on time
Reviewing analytics data to determine which keywords or topics are generating the most interest from users
Manage CRM programs, campaigns and loyalty activities.
Analyse effectiveness of CRM programmes and activities
Effective segmentation across communication channels
Prepare monthly reports, ad-hoc reports
Performs any other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
Diploma in Computer Science, Business Marketing, Web Development, or related field preferred with minimum two years of related experience highly preferred.
Thorough understanding of website administration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Fluency with markup and programming languages including HTML, XML, Java, HP and CODEIGNITER.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and other related software.
