Job Description

/Responsibilities:

• Working with end-users and business stakeholders to analyse requirements and prepare test scenarios.
• Executing tests through automation scripts and analyse test results on impacts, error or bugs and usability.
• Manage project through collaborations across teams, tracking defect lifecycle and get approvals from stakeholders on test result reports on all aspects of software testing.
• Ability to interact with multiple development teams across countries and should be able to identify the root cause for the defects.
• Categorise and document the issues so that developer can reproduce and resolve it.
• Strong expertise on creating/validating various test scenarios/cases through automations.
• Participating in design reviews and providing input on requirements, product design, and potential problems.

• A Full-Time software tester with over 5 years of experience on all QA-related functions.
• A bachelor’s degree in information technology / Computer Science in related field.
• Profession in English language communication (both in conversation & writing).
• Proven Experience with black box and white box testing techniques and tools for Web Applications and RESTful APIs.
• Experience in all aspects of testing: unit, regression, load/performance, automation and system testing.
• Up-to-date knowledge of software test design and web-based testing methodologies and frameworks.
• Acquired test certifications such as CAST or CSQA (would be preferred)
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
• Meticulous and detailed-oriented mindset.
• Self-starting ability with demonstrated experience working or work in a team.
• Have experience on one or more testing tools such as JIRA/Azure DevOps, Postman/SoapUI, Selenium, Quality Centre, Katalon, Test Rail etc.
• AWS Environment knowledge (Good to have).
