Job Description

:

• Lead the design, market research, and positioning of Web3 financial products.
• Understand and analyse customer needs to create financial products that meet market demands.
• Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure the feasibility of product designs and optimize user experience.
• Manage the product development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, feature planning, iterative development, and product launch.
• Oversee risk management, monitor product performance, conduct data analysis, and implement product iterations based on market feedback.
• Create and maintain product documentation, including whitepapers, user manuals, and marketing materials

Job Requirement:

• Over 3 years of experience in financial product design or management; experience in Web3 or blockchain is preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and products, including but not limited to DeFi and crypto asset management products.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
