Job Description
This position requires the Wedding Sales Manager / Senior Wedding Sales Manager to coordinates all requirements for various wedding events booked by Catering Sales Managers. He / She is responsible for enforcing the terms of sales agreement and guiding the Hotel clients through the wedding planning process. Communicates the needs and expectations of the client with all departments in the hotel and ensure successful execution of wedding event and client\xe2\x80\x99s satisfaction.
Job Requirements We are looking for individuals who have a solid knowledge of food and beverage, able to evidence strong business acumen, have a proven track record displaying creativity and excellent communication skills. The ability to negotiate with clients and achieve maximum revenue/profit potential while satisfying client needs. Applicants are required to have two to five years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in service related food and beverage position with supervisory and management experience included.
