Answer phone calls, emails and walk-in clients and students
Welcome students at the centre
Handle data entry and daily operations (payments, new registration, schedule change...)
Reporting on activity
Resolve issues and escalate as required
Requirements:
1st experience as receptionist (counter) or in customer service
Good presentation and customer-oriented, comfortable with clients face to face and over the phone
Experience in education sector is a plus
Dynamic, self-driven, professional and reliable
Proficient with Office, email, and more generally IT
Available
Saturdays and Sundays 8.30am-5pm
(30min break)
