Western Banquet Sous Chef
We are looking for individuals who are able to supervise and oversee the preparation of food for banquet events and as assigned by kitchen management. Reporting to Senior Sous Chef and working together with other team members on a daily basis to ensure a flawlessly executed final product. The ability to supervise and train the line cooks is required. Excellent communication skills are also essential.
This position requires a person with a flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
