Wifi Operations Associate

Job Description
- Carry out day-to-day operations including storing sufficient routers per counter and conducting stocktake
- Perform payments, refunds, and billing for routers
- Liaise with external vendors and customers for router-related issues
- Assist booth staff/call center with router-related issues and provide technical support
- Attend to sales inquiries, generate sales quotations, and follow up on sales leads.
- To assist with operations if necessary and other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Heavy work: Able to carry at least twenty (20) kilograms
- Able to commit to 5 days of shift work (including weekend and night shifts)
- Knowledgeable in terms of Customer Service
