You will need to partner and work with various team members or System owners to provide technical support and deliver BAU and projects within the agreed SLA. Candidate job scope will mainly cover Infra BAU activities in Singapore office, and regional branches support. Wintel Support . Windows infra applications administration . Maintaining Windows system updates and anti-virus services . Monitoring systems capacity and security of Windows . Support, contribute and implement company IT security policies . Audit and review of IT Security policies . Experience of 2nd / 3rd level support . Providing automated solutions using powershell on Microsoft or VMware environment. . Experience with Microsoft Windows Cluster / SQL Cluster AOAG . Providing support for Windows/ VMWare infrastructure in an enterprise Active Directory Environment . Act as a visible point of contact for Wintel Infrastructure . Resolve and conduct RCA of system outage or failure . Review and recommend options to improve the effectiveness of Wintel infrastructure . Establish and maintain best practices, process and procedures for the operations of the business . Manage configuration, installation and release management . Conduct system performance monitoring and testing . Manage and produce documentation and change control . Ensure delivery of objectives and goals and that appropriate incident reports are prepared and delivered in a timely manner . Providing support to resolve all Windows Vulnerabilities within the bank SLA . Regular Windows patching and applications patching . Keeping an up to date Windows infrastructure inventory . Availability to work on weekends due to changes made on systems can only be done on weekends to avoid disruption to day to day operations. . Ability to multi-task and work effectively as a team member . Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Essential (Must-have) Qualifications and Knowledge: . Degree in Information Technology or equivalent . MCSE or equivalent . Microsoft Azure Administrator Certified. Work or Professional Experience: . Minimum 5 years of working experience in Wintel /VM in financial / banking industry . Competent in Windows Active Directory , DNS, DHCP, Windows 2012, Windows 2016, Windows 2019 Functional or Technical Competencies# .
